No. All pieces are designed for indoor spaces. It is not recommended to expose them to the elements, as the materials could deteriorate.

I currently offer international delivery to most European countries and selected destinations worldwide. All shipments are carefully prepared to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition. If your country is not listed, please contact me, I’ll be happy to explore the best shipping option for you.

All orders are shipped from Spain. The shipping cost is calculated automatically at the end of the checkout process, based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the order.

Any customs duties, taxes or import fees applicable in the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.

Each piece is made to order or customized for every client, so returns are not accepted in case of a change of mind.

Every creation is crafted with care and attention to ensure it reflects its design and essence faithfully.

Yes, as long as the cancellation is requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that period, it will not be possible to cancel the order, as the artisanal process will already have begun.

If your piece has been damaged during transport, please contact me at hola@iraidamaeso.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

You’ll need to send photos of both the product and the packaging. If the damage is confirmed, a solution will be arranged (either repair or replacement), and you’ll be asked to return the piece in its original packaging.

Certain pieces are subject to the reduced 10% VAT rate, as they are considered original works created by the artist, in accordance with current regulations.
