Shipping, exchanges & returns

1. Shipping

Preparation time:
The preparation time may vary depending on the piece, as each one is handcrafted and made to order.
Detailed information about production and dispatch times is provided in each product description.

Shipping origin and scope:
All orders are prepared and shipped from Spain.
International shipping is available to most European countries and selected destinations worldwide.

Rates and delivery times:
Both the shipping cost and the estimated delivery time are calculated automatically at the end of the checkout process, based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the order.

Any customs duties, taxes or import fees applicable in the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.

Each order is carefully prepared and securely packaged to ensure that the pieces arrive in perfect condition.
All shipments include insurance covering the full value of the piece during transport.

2. Exchanges and returns

All Iraida Maeso pieces are handcrafted and made to order, often tailored to the client’s specific needs. Therefore, they are considered custom products under Article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and are not subject to the right of withdrawal (returns due to change of mind) applicable to other online purchases.

Returns are not accepted:
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • If you have received a piece damaged during transport.
  • If the product presents a manufacturing defect.

In all other situations, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted, as each piece is made exclusively for you.

Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, the piece enters the production phase and can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged or Defective Product:
If your piece has arrived damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order at hola@iraidamaeso.com.

Please include:

  • Photos of the product and the outer packaging.
  • Order number.

Your case will be evaluated and, if applicable, I will offer a solution at no additional cost: repair or replacement.
The pieces must be returned in their original packaging and must not have been altered.
